Objectives
- Enhancing Employment Opportunities: Improve the ability of ICT graduates in the Central Region of Jordan to secure jobs by providing market-driven training that meets local and international demands.
- Developing Career Pathways: Offer a specialized career path based on scientific and market studies, training 25 young men and women in English language skills, personal development, and technical skills.
- Maximizing Economic Impact: Increase the global market share of Jordanian products and workforce by enhancing access to new projects and employment opportunities.

Employment Phase: Participants receive on-the-job training opportunities in collaboration with companies, ensuring their employment after completing the program successfully.
