Broccoli for Development and Capacity Building, a leading organization in youth empowerment and institutional strengthening, has signed a strategic agreement with the King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) under its Tamkeen program to establish the Youth Observatory for Political Parties. This landmark initiative aims to enhance youth participation in Jordan’s political party system and foster a new generation of politically engaged leaders.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations, with the agreement signed by His Excellency Mr. Emad Al-Shihab, Executive Director of Broccoli for Development and Capacity Building, and His Excellency Mr. Abdul Fattah Al-Kayed, Director General of KAFD.
About the Youth Observatory for Political Parties
The innovative Youth Observatory initiative will:
- Develop specialized training programs to build youth capacity for effective political participation
- Facilitate dialogue between young activists and political party leadership
- Conduct research on youth political engagement trends in Jordan
- Provide policy recommendations to enhance youth inclusion in partisan work
