About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grant Proposal Writer & Fundraising Specialist to lead our donor engagement and proposal development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from international donors, NGOs, and grant-making organizations in Jordan. You must possess exceptional proposal writing skills, a vast network of NGO contacts, and a demonstrated ability to win projects through compelling submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and pursue funding opportunities from international donors, UN agencies, foundations, and NGOs.

- Write, edit, and submit high-quality, persuasive grant proposals, concept notes, and fundraising applications.

- Maintain and expand a strong network of partnerships with NGOs, donors, and key stakeholders in Jordan.

- Develop tailored fundraising strategies to align with organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards.

- Track funding trends and adapt proposals to maximize success rates.

- Provide guidance on donor engagement and relationship management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, and securing donor-funded projects in Jordan.

- Strong portfolio of successfully funded proposals.

- Extensive network with NGOs, UN agencies, EU-funded programs, and other donors in Jordan.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English and Arabic.

- Deep understanding of logical frameworks, budgets, and donor reporting.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
