Broccoli for Development and Capacity Building is a Jordanian non-profit organization established in 2021. We are dedicated to driving positive social and economic change by empowering marginalized communities, including refugees, youth, women, and people with disabilities. Our mission is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity through innovative, sustainable, and inclusive development initiatives.

We act as a catalyst for change by designing and implementing high-impact programs focused on education, employment, and entrepreneurship. We collaborate with local and international partners to deliver practical solutions that align with global standards and local needs. Located in Jordan — one of the most stable countries in the Middle East — Broccoli for Development and Capacity Building operates at the center of regional crises. Surrounded by conflict-affected areas such as Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, and the West Bank, we have deep insight into the needs of vulnerable communities.
Being on the ground allows us to respond quickly and effectively, designing programs that reflect real, lived experiences. Unlike distant organizations, we understand the cultural and social dynamics that shape local challenges. Our strategic location also enables us to support cross-border initiatives, extending our impact to neighboring regions
